Moving Between Jobs and Candidates

Here’s how you can navigate between different views:

Explore a Specific Job

Click on a job title in the Job Summary Table to view its detailed hiring pipeline.

View Candidates by Stage

Click on any number in the pipeline stages to see candidates at that specific stage across all jobs.

Access Custom Stages

Click the “Custom” column, then select any custom stage to view candidates within it.

Staying Informed at a Glance

Keep an eye on the Jobs Summary on the right side of your dashboard. This quick overview tells you:

  • Total number of jobs
  • Number of actively published jobs
  • Number of closed jobs

Regularly check the Jobs Summary to stay updated on your overall hiring status without having to dig through details.

Filtering Your View

Use the Hiring Pipeline dropdown at the top of the dashboard to filter jobs:

  1. Click on the dropdown (default is “Open Jobs”)
  2. Select from:
    • All Jobs
    • Open Jobs
    • Jobs Under Review
    • Closed Jobs

This allows you to focus on the specific type of jobs you need to work on at any given time.
