Understanding Your Hiring Pipeline

The Job Summary Table is the heart of your dashboard. Here’s what you can do:
See all your jobs at a glance, along with their progress through various hiring stages.
Use the Hiring Pipeline dropdown to focus on specific job types:
  • All Jobs
  • Open Jobs
  • Jobs Under Review
  • Closed Jobs
Each column represents a stage in your hiring process:
  • Sourced
  • Screening
  • Custom stages (click to expand)
  • Offered
  • Offer Accepted
  • No Hire/Reject

To get more detailed information about specific jobs or candidates:

Access Job Details

Click on a job title to view its detailed candidate pipeline.

Click on any number in the Job Summary Table to see candidates at that particular stage across all jobs.

Customizing Your Hiring Stages

MOPID respects that every company’s hiring process is unique. That’s why we’ve included a “Custom” column in your Job Summary Table.
Click on the “Custom” column to reveal any user-defined stages you’ve set up for your hiring process. Whether it’s “Interview 1” or “HR Round”, your custom stages are just a click away.

Keeping Track of Your Progress

On the right side of your dashboard, you’ll find a quick summary of your jobs. This Jobs Summary tells you:
  • How many total jobs you have
  • How many are published (active)
  • How many are closed
It’s a simple yet effective way to gauge your overall hiring activity at any given moment.
