Application Details

The Application Details section allows you to view and modify the fundamental information about a job posting. This information is crucial for both recruiters and candidates as it defines the basic requirements and expectations for the position.

Accessing Application Details

  1. Navigate to the Job Management dashboard
  2. Click on the “Details” button of any job card
  3. The slideover menu will open on the right side of the screen
  4. “Application Details” is the first option in the left navigation menu

Available Fields

Position Information

  • Position Name: The title of the job (e.g., “React Developer”)
  • Job Domain: The primary area of expertise required

Salary Details

  • Minimum Salary: The lowest salary range for the position
  • Maximum Salary: The highest salary range for the position

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Experience: Required years of experience
  • Maximum Experience: Preferred years of experience
  • Job Timing: Work schedule requirements
  • Job Type: Employment type (Full-time, Part-time, Contract, etc.)
  • Location: Job location or remote work options
  • Payout Type: Payout type (Annually, Monthly, Weekly, Hourly)

Editing Application Details

  1. Click on any field to modify its content
  2. The “Save” button will become active (orange color) when changes are made
  3. Click “Save” to update the information
  4. Changes will be reflected immediately across the platform

All fields in the Application Details section are pre-filled based on the information provided during job posting.

Changes made to Application Details will affect all active job postings and candidate views.

The left navigation menu in the slideover includes:

  1. Application Details (current section)
  2. Job Description
  3. Import Candidates
  4. Screening Questions
  5. Options

Closing the Details Panel

  • Click the “X” button in the top-right corner to close the slideover
  • Any unsaved changes will prompt a confirmation dialog
