Basic Search

Access Search Bar
Locate the search bar at the top of the Candidate List.

Enter Keywords
Type in relevant keywords (e.g., “React Developer”).

Initiate Search
Press Enter or click the search button to see results.
Use quotation marks for exact phrase matches, e.g., “project manager”.
Advanced Filtering

Open Filter Menu
Click on the “Filter” button near the search bar.

Set Criteria
Adjust the following filters as needed:
- Experience range
- Current CTC range
- Expected CTC range
- Notice period range
- Skills
- Candidate sources

Apply Filters
Click “Show Results” to apply the selected filters.

Reset Filters
Use the “Reset” button to clear all applied filters.
Available Filters
Filter | Description |

Experience | Set minimum and maximum years of experience |
Current CTC | Define salary range for current compensation |
Expected CTC | Set range for desired compensation |
Notice Period | Filter by candidate’s availability to start |

Saving Searches
To save time on frequently used searches:- Perform your desired search or apply filters
- Click “Save Search” at the top of the results
- Name your saved search for easy reference
- Access saved searches from the “Saved Searches” dropdown
