Interacting with Candidates

This feature allows you to engage with candidates directly from the Pipeline View, streamlining communication and reducing the need to switch between different tools or platforms.

  • Save time by initiating communications without leaving the ATS
  • Maintain a record of all interactions within the candidate’s profile
  • Ensure consistent and timely communication with all candidates

Available Actions

From the Pipeline View, you can:
  1. Review candidate profiles
  2. Initiate WhatsApp conversations
  3. Initiate phone calls

How to Interact

Select a Candidate

Click on a candidate’s card in the Pipeline View to open their profile.

Choose an Action

In the candidate’s profile, you’ll see options to review their information, send a WhatsApp message, or initiate a call.

Execute the Action

Click on the desired action button. The system will either display the candidate’s full profile, open a WhatsApp chat window, or initiate a call depending on your selection.

Record the Interaction

After the interaction, make sure to log any important notes or outcomes in the candidate’s profile for future reference.
Ensure that you have the necessary permissions and contact information before initiating direct communication with a candidate.
