Downloading Candidate Information
This feature allows you to export candidate data for offline analysis, reporting, or sharing with team members who may not have direct access to the ATS.

How to Download Candidate Information
Select Candidates
Choose the candidates you wish to include, or select all.
Initiate Download
Click the “Download Candidates” button at the top of the candidate list.
Choose Format
Select your preferred file format (CSV, Excel, or PDF).
Confirm Download
Click “Download” and choose where to save the file on your computer.
Available Export Formats

The CSV file will include details such as candidate IDs, names, phone numbers, and other key information from their profiles.
Customizing Exports
To customize the information included in your export:
- Click “Customize Fields” before initiating the download
- Select or deselect fields to include in your export
- Rearrange the order of fields if needed
- Save your custom template for future use
Be mindful of data privacy regulations when exporting and sharing candidate information. Ensure you have the necessary permissions and are complying with relevant laws.
