Screening Questions
The Screening Questions tab displays the candidate’s responses to the initial questions set during the job requisition process.Viewing Responses
- Navigate to the Screening Questions tab.
- Scroll through the list of questions and the candidate’s corresponding answers.
Types of Questions
Screening questions can vary and may include:- Yes/No questions
- Multiple choice questions
- Short answer questions
Analyzing Responses
When reviewing screening question responses:- Look for alignment with job requirements
- Consider the overall pattern of responses, not just individual answers
- Use responses to guide further interview questions or assessments
