## Exploring Your MOPID Dashboard

Your MOPID dashboard is designed to give you a bird's-eye view of your entire hiring process. Let's dive into its key features:

## Understanding Your Hiring Pipeline

The Job Summary Table is the heart of your dashboard. Here's what you can do:

    Use the Hiring Pipeline dropdown to focus on specific job types:

    * Closed Jobs

  <Accordion title="Explore Hiring Stages">
    Each column represents a stage in your hiring process:

    * Sourced
    * Screening
    * Custom stages (click to expand)
    * Offered
    * Offer Accepted
    * No Hire/Reject

## Diving Deeper into Jobs

To get more detailed information about specific jobs or candidates:

## Customizing Your Hiring Stages

MOPID respects that every company's hiring process is unique. That's why we've included a "Custom" column in your Job Summary Table.

  Click on the "Custom" column to reveal any user-defined stages you've set up for your hiring process. Whether it's "Interview 1" or "HR Round", your custom stages are just a click away.

## Keeping Track of Your Progress

On the right side of your dashboard, you'll find a quick summary of your jobs. This Jobs Summary tells you:

* How many total jobs you have
* How many are published (active)
* How many are closed

It's a simple yet effective way to gauge your overall hiring activity at any given moment.
