# Hiring Pipeline

> Learn how to customize and manage the recruitment process stages

## Hiring Pipeline

The Hiring Pipeline section allows you to define and manage the stages of your recruitment process. This includes both interview rounds and assessment rounds, enabling you to create a structured evaluation process for candidates.

## Accessing Hiring Pipeline

1. Navigate to the Job Management dashboard
2. Click on the "Details" button of any job card
3. The slideover menu will open on the right side of the screen
4. Select "Hiring Pipeline" from the left navigation menu

## Pipeline Components

### Interview Rounds

* Technical interviews
* HR interviews
* Final interviews
* Team interviews

### Assessment Rounds

* Technical assessments
* Coding challenges
* Personality assessments
* Case studies

## Managing Pipeline Stages

### Adding New Rounds

#### Adding an Interview Round

1. Click the "Add Interview" button
2. Enter the interview round details:
   * Round name
3. Click "Save" to add the round

#### Adding an Assessment Round

1. Click the "Add Assessment" button
2. Configure the assessment:
   * Assessment name
3. Click "Save" to add the round

### Deleting Rounds

1. Click the delete button next to the round
2. If the round contains candidates:
   * Select a destination round from the dropdown
   * Confirm the deletion
3. If the round is empty:
   * Confirm the deletion directly

  When deleting a round with candidates, you must specify where to move those candidates to maintain the recruitment process flow.

<Warning>
  Deleting a round will permanently remove it from the pipeline. Ensure you have a plan for any candidates in that round.

## Pipeline Configuration Tips

When setting up your hiring pipeline:

* Define clear stages
* Consider the logical flow
* Include all necessary evaluation steps
* Plan for both technical and non-technical assessments
* Account for different interview types
* Set appropriate durations for each stage

## Closing the Details Panel

* Click the "X" button in the top-right corner to close the slideover
